HOW DO WE TEST FOR FOOD ALLERGIES?
The Bio-Meridian Health Scanner is an FDA approved technically advanced computerized device that assesses whole body wellness using clinically researched, tested and verified acupuncture meridian points. These points function at a specific frequency when they are optimal, so deviations can be measured and evaluated. We test 64 different points on your body that relate to specific organs and systems. It is safe, non-invasive and painless. It can be used on patients of all ages and does not require any special preparation. The test points are on the hands and feet, and as a result the procedure is very comfortable.
A balanced and healthy meridian point is chosen and then exposed to an allergen and the response is recorded. There are over 40,000 different substances in the Bio-Meridian computer database to test for sensitivities and over 20,000 natural products in the product database that will identify the exact treatment that is best for your personal biochemistry.
An allergy assessment takes only 30 minutes and produces a color-coded report that can be used to track progress from visit to visit. |

RELIABILITY OF TESTS
There are still no 100% reliable tests for allergies or sensitivities. With no standard of comparison, there is no way that any new test can be reliably judged. People can often be puzzled by skin and RAST tests as sometimes they present with positive reactions when no symptoms exist and negative reactions when symptoms are clearly present.
Studies show that Bio-Meridian Health Scanner is 78-79% reliable, which is very high when evaluated against other forms of allergy or sensitivity tests.
A RAST test, which is the gold standard in the conventional medical community for allergy testing, for instance, is judged to be about 74-76% accurate.

How do we evaluate your progress?
Using results from the Bio-Meridian Health Scanner, patient history and our extensive knowledge of nutrition, our Physician will design an individual supplementation program that will restore and maintain you to optimal health.
